—Nicki Minaj helped bring Carpool Karaoke back with a bang!
On Wednesday night’s returns of the Late Late Show with James Corden segment, the Queen of Rap joined the late-night host for an evening of sing-a-longs, deep conversations and even instrument playing.
Corden pulled out a clarinet, which Nicki Minaj seemingly knew how to play, after admitting the instrument was part of the early days of her musical career.
At one point, she also opened up about her experience with anxiety, saying, “It’s not natural for a human being to just always feel like everyone’s critiquing them.”
Nicki also rapped a few freestyle bars over some not-so-great beatboxing from Corden. “What was that?” she said, reacting to the Corden’s attempt at contributing to the rap moment.
The two seemed to have a great time riding around LA together and the epic return was well-received by fans.
