Cam’ron has been hit with a lawsuit for an image used on items sold by his Dipset Couture brand. Billboard reports the merchandise featured a 2003 picture of himself, taken by Djamilla Cochran. The photographer claims Cam used the photo without her consent and repeatedly posted it on his socials for promotion despite being told he’d been using an unlicensed image. He’d allegedly been sharing Cochran’s photos on products dating back to 2014.

The infamous photo of Cam’ron was taken at the 2003 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Show in New York. It features him in a fuzzy pink coat and hat with a matching flip phone in hand.
