New Album Friday: Check out new albums from T.I., Benny The Butcher and Gucci Mane

Courtesy of Griselda RecordsT.I. has returned with his first album in two years, The LIBRA. The Legend Is Back Running Atlantafeatures T.I.’s signature trap beats. But this time, he added a west coast vibe with the Hitmaka-produced single “Moon Juice” featuring Snoop Dogg and Jeremih. 

Along with the album’s release, T.I. partnered with hip-hop outlet AllHipHop to launch the L.I.B.R.A stimulus package, giving away $12k to participants who vote on their favorite songs from his entire 10-album discography.

The LIBRA features guest appearances from John Legend, Rahky, Rick Ross, as well as T.I.’s son, Domani, fellow Atlanta native Lil Baby for “Pardon”, and another track with Jadakiss and rising New York rapper Benny The Butcher. 

Benny dropped his Hit-Boy-produced album, Burden of Proof Fridayalong with a music video for the album’s latest  single, “Legend.”

Burden Of Proof is out now with guest appearances from Rick Ross, Freddie Gibbs, Dom KennedyQueen Naija,  Big Sean and Lil Wayne on “Timeless” and Benny’s Griselda labelmates Conway The Machine and Westside Gun. 

After a slew of successful mixtapes, Benny The Butcher signed a management deal with Jay-Z’s Roc-Nation. With the lessons he learned, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of starting his own label, Black Soprano Family (BSF).

“This been a long time comin nothin never came to me easy but i come out on top every time I put on for my city and for @griseldarecords and @blacksopranofamilyrecords,” Benny wrote on Instagram. “We did it Machine Gun we did it.”

Finally, Gucci Mane dropped his latest compilation, So Icy Gang Vol. 1, to spotlight his 1017 Records artists such as Pooh Shiesty, who was featured on Moneybagg Yo‘s “SRT.”
