Account Executive Sales Position

BLS Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a full time Account Executive sales expert available for immediate hire for WEOA – 98.5 FM/1400 AM. The applicant needs to be energetic, conscientious, motivated and extremely organized. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, increase audience & engagement, grow email database.
- Business to business sales, and superior management of both large and small accounts.
- Prospecting, cold calling, and development of new sales opportunities.
- Actively participate in sales team meetings and events.
- Assist as needed with account collections.
- Negotiate promotional marketing agreements with advertisers.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives (cold calls, appointments, presentations & closed deals).
- Coordinate all aspects of audience engagement campaigns.
- Create and present PowerPoint sales presentations to clients.
- Meet with customers to develop meaningful relationships.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 year outside sales experience preferably in media or digital advertising.
- Self-starter who is dependable, detail oriented, able to think on their feet, energetic and displays professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail are required.
- Thorough familiarity of all social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Excel at new business development, and have a passion for selling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Able to multi-task and work effectively while demonstrating strong communication(oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to generate leads through canvassing (door knocks) within your territory, set qualified appointments, conduct solutions-based presentations with the goal of securing new business on a month-to-month basis.
- Web sales, and CRM experience is a plus.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license; clean driving record is a MUST.
- Can work well independently and as an integral part of the team.
- This position will offer a base salary plus commissions with potential for bonuses and other incentives based on achievement of revenue and other goals.
